Sister visit the sick to care, pray for them and offer them the Sacraments

BOLIVIA/PERÚ: Support a Sister to continue caring for the poor and neglected

Thanks to benefactors like you, ACN is able to help thousands of Sisters as they assist the faithful and carry out remarkable works of mercy in so many poor Christian communities. Particularly in areas with a great shortage of Priests, Religious Sisters literally take care of all in the name of God: children and adults, orphans, the sick and the dying as well as the traumatised. In the Andes, one of the poorest parts of Bolivia, the Missionary Sisters of Jesus the Eternal Priest are doing selfless work; caring for poor families, the elderly, the lonely, and orphaned children. They also help people with disabilities and instructing children and young adults in the Faith.

In Perú, the Sisters work among people in the rural regions, most of whom live in extreme poverty. The Sisters also have to cover long distances on unmade roads and tracks just to reach the faithful. Among other things, they prepare children, young people, and adults for reception of the Sacraments, teach them the Faith, support local families, and care for the sick.Your special Gift of Faith can help to sustain and encourage these Sisters who are a living witness of God’s love. Can you help these Sisters reach out to Christians who are poor and isolated in Perú and Bolivia?
